Civil liability is covered by the operation of the pharmacy premises.
The professional civil liability of the pharmacist is covered for negligence, error or omission in the performance of the duties of the insured within the limits of his specialty, as well as errors or omissions in the execution of instructions given to his assistants.

The civil liability of the contractor and the owner of the project or the Engineer to third parties during the execution of the project or during the maintenance period is covered.
